I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the product and treatment I received from a mobile world shop on western street.
Firstly, On June 15th, I purchased a smartphone in your shop. A shop assistant recommended that the phone was high quality, and its functions were the best phone brand in the market. Therefore, I agreed to acquire it. However, after a few days the phone had some problems arose, which were not only on the inside but also on the outside. The first was the battery dies in less than an hour; the operating time was not enough to use. In addition, the charger's wire, which was not in good shape, was signs of being used and was messy in a box. Finally, hanging frequently is unacceptable. I can not do anything about it. It was worse than I expected.
Immediately, I went back to the shop and spoke to the shop assistant about all. They said that they do not know whether or not to repair and just provided an appointment. The whole things, both the treatment and words, not showed a remorse. To make matter worse, from that time until now the phone has still not been repaired in spite of passing on over 20 days.
I am extremely upset. As a dedicated customer, I just insist on a full refund or an immediate replacement as well as a apology from a shop assistant, or else I shall be forced to take further action. I expect to hear from you in the near future.
