Dear sir, my name is Gurjeet singh and I am attending an evening computer class is named basic Microsoft in Your Institute. Actually I am writing this letter to clean your attention towards various problems that are faced by whole class. Firstly, the schedule of course is not exactly as you mentioned in your advertisement of course. As every teacher starts their class about half an hour late. Secondly, the screen which is used for presentation during class has very poor quality. Every student face difficulties during reading from screen. Lastly, the area of classroom is not enough according to strength of the class. I request you to make some suitable alternatives, so student can learn everything in appropriate manner. There should be a proper timetable for every lecture and every tutor should follow it. Similarly you should upgrade your teaching equipments like projector and speakers. Lastly, make sure about the limited seat for each courses to provide suitable environment of class to every student.
