Dear Sir, I am Daria Fedotova and I am working as a senior IT manager in your company for about 4 years. I am writing this letter to request you for permission to work from home at least one or two days per week. For the reason that I work in the IT sector most part of my job is online on the computer, that’s why I can easily do it at home. Nevertheless, one part of my labour such as conferring and meetings is still going to take place in our office. I heard that the number of my colleagues took several days for working remotely. What is more, due to the fact that sometimes my task is to type and check a lot of huge tables I can’t focus properly on my work in my office, because it is always a bit noisy there. Moreover, it will be better and more productively to do it in a comfortable place at home. In general, one day will be enough for me, however if I may take two days for working at home, I will use them as properly as I can and no work will suffer. Furthermore, it will be beneficial not only for me, but also for our company, as projects will look fresh and will be done with effort. I would like to have Thursday as a free day definitely, as for the second day when I’d like to work remotely is Monday. From my point of view, I could take this day just in case if I would need it. On all these days I promise to be online and to keep in touch with everyone from my office. So, I would be really pleasant, if you allowed me to take this plan.
