Dear Sir or Madam, I am reaching out tou you for recovering my missing bag. Yesterday I flew the London plane from Istanbul on the flight 3345 at 4: 00 pm and my seat number was 12A. After the landing during the taxi maneouver of the aircraft, I was filling the required paperwork and completely forgot about my hand luggage when exi located in the overhead compartment when exiting The bag is in green colour and it has an Adidas logo on the top and the front facing side. It has got two wheels and a handle that is extendable for carrying. Inside the luggage, I have clothes, underwear, a pair of shoes, a phone charger and an electronic tablet. Would you please be so kind and reply to this mail with the location information where I can collect my luggage? Mail will be a better option for me since my phone battery is dead and I am unable to be reached by phone, I will then come to collect my luggage.
