Owing to the aforementioned consequences, government and people must join hands to help the people in need. First, governments should contribute more towards the funding for such disruptive events. Moreover, special awareness camps could be organised everywhere so that people could know about the measures to take in case of an emergency, especially children. Second, non-government organisations could assist victims by providing basic ameneties including free medical-care. Third, authorities could relocate people to safer places so that they don't come in contact with any widespread disease due to floods and hurricanes. Such measures if taken sincerely could help in rehabilitation of the sufferes.
