Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to let you know that I failed to get the benefit of discount due to the wrong publishing of the last date of sale. A few days ago, after reading the advertisement on local newspaper about a discount on all kinds of electronics products up to 22nd Jan, I made a plan to visit the Croma shop yesterday which is near the Stanford Bridge, London. I wanted to purchase a TV and a music player as their prices were quite low due to sale. However, I got stunned to know that sale was ended one day before the last date. I chose to visit yesterday because of the ad in the newspaper which clearly mentioned its last date of 22nd Jan. If I had known in advance that sale is not up to yesterday, I would have purchased earlier. As I was unable to avail the benefit of sale due to the wrong advertisement, I want some compensation on electronics items which I want to buy. Apart from this, If you agree to give me some discount, I will purchase a new microwave as well. Hoping to get a positive reply. Yours sincerely, Alex Mathew
