Volenteer unpaid work at a museum

I am a resident of your area nearby would like to volenteer myself for unpaid work of museum. I have earned a reasonable amount of experience in managing and handling artifacts, and not only this, It is my passion to serve my society at the best of my skill. I would also like to mention here that I have an hand on at st. johns museum which is about 10 km away from my residence. I have earned a diploma certificate in history and antiquirian, and together with my current job, I feel myself as an ideal candidate for this volunteer work. At present, I am working at a software house from where I usually get free by 5PM in the evening. I know for the fact that the museum timings are fortnightly and from 7PM to 10PM which makes it more feasible wher it can take some rest after my job is over and dedicate my self fot the people of the society. I can join immediately with one week intimation in advance.
