Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring your attention on some issues with my local train service. I take a 8: 00 AM train from Manchester to Liverpool every morning. In this entire week, this train reached after 8: 30 AM, making it as 30mins late each day. Moreover, the train was overcrowded that I am unable fetch a seat for myself. Passengers are extremely frustrated with these issues as they are getting late to the work and I could notice that they are tried complaining about these issues to your staff members requesting them to take an action on the delays in the train timings and also train being overcrowded making passengers to stand for the entire journey which is extremely difficult. Personally I would like to suggest that increasing the frequency of the trains would solve the issue to most extent as at least passengers would be comfortable through out the journey. In addition this, timings of the train should be adjusted by considering the peak hours. Furthermore, It is advisable to add more carriage to the trains as it helps in accommodating more number of passengers. I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible.
