Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regard to a complaint that was filed on 24th april 2012, against the bus service. I am writing this letter once again, in strong terms to express my dissatisfication with bus service that is being provided in area 51. The bus in this route has several service related problems.
Firstly, the arrival of the bus in the morning is always late. Followed by that, the driver is inexperienced and the journey seems to be little slow. This bus connects area 51 and area 58, which has school, college and office going people in the peak time.
Due to the delay in the bus, I reach office late, and I have been warned by the manager and further delays will result in loss of pay. The slow journey is affecting my mental health and my day becomes bad.
The people of area 514 would be grateful if you could change the bus and the driver. I would appericiate that if you could look into the matter at your earliest and take action the soon as possible.
