There are many complaints that people say about this area. The receptionist does not give proper answers of them, so they get frustrated, and they have to sit for many hours too or they have to wait for many days for their work.
This particular region is very vital for organisations because people who come to visit our place, get proper information about our firm, and they also join with our company, so we get profits.
The improvement of this area is made, by giving proper training to this place's person that how to respond with any visitors, the manners that they should have to develop by taking this position. Some practices are needed, and also observations onto them.
