Dear Sir or Madam I am writing this letter to request you about opening a cafeteria for the staffs in our office. Firstly, some of the staff-members stay far away from the office. They usually miss their breakfast because they do not want to be late to work due to the traffic and the long distance. This results in their poor health, ultimately resulting in less work-output. Being their team leader, it becomes my responsibility to take care of my teams' health and work-goals. It really dishearten me to see them struggling on a daily basis. So, I held a meeting to ask them about their problems and after listening to them, I came to only one solution for all their concerns. I found out that everything will work out in the best way if they can get a breakfast or brunch inside or near to the office area. So after considering all the aspects, I finally came up with a few ideas. One of them was to convert the terrace storage room into a café as that room has not been used for a few years. The other option was to make a self-service café with basic equipment such as, a fridge and a microwave, a coffee machine and some ready to eat packed snacks. I know it seems that the fast food shop near the office building will seems convenient than the efforts of opening a cafeteria inside the building but, in the long run that will result in lot of waste of time because of the distance.
