Dear Sir or Madam,
Let me introduce myself as a loyal reader who has been to the local public library an uncountable amount of times. I have recently heard that you are collecting library users' opinions to improve the library's quality, hence, I would like to take part in evolving such a useful destination.
To begin with, there are many compliments about the positivity of the place, and people who have volunteered to look after it. The wooden shelves and books were invariably organized, the tables that were put next to the windows which exposed a heart-melting vista of the natural green outside. Chairs and pillows were comfortable. Though the organizations are interim, it had produced a lot of pleasant moments. Therefore, I am grateful for the carefully designed pieces of furniture that have created a tranquil atmosphere and supported readers to concentrate easier.
Despite the fact that it had brought a lot of enthusiasm, there are still several issues I am willing to state, the walls' paint was not decent and it had got on my outfit several times, furthermore, food stains were not usually refined, which lead to horrible smells afterward. So you might want to consider repainting the walls, and it is better to forbid bringing food into the library for the repercussion of stinks. Additionally, I also suggest a children's books section to encourage fondness in literature and studying from a young age, hence they could develop observing skills.
The several aforementioned comments of mine about the strengths and vulnerabilities of the local public library. Hopefully, you would receive my ideas to improve and turn it into a superficial address for the neighborhood.
Sincerely
