Hi guys, the covid-19 is a dangerous situation in Vietnam now. So, almost of people alway work and study at home. And the big question is what we need to do when we are at home all time. I have three main ideas for this topic. The first main point is keeping diet and exercise regime. We need eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, it contain many vitamins A, D, C, and minerals to create many antibody for our body. Beside that we need do some simple exercise as yoga, go skipping, or some simple gym activities. It give you a fit body and a healthy life and also help you to have a positive mood at home. However, you need limit fried food and ice water, or ice cream, this is the food that can make you fever and sore throat. This is the best thing for all people to keep a good health at home when social distancing.
