I am writing this letter to let you know about that damaged TV delivered by the store.
Recently, on 12 December, 2020, I purchased a Television from the Croma Store, Stanford Bridge, London. It was a newly launched model FZ12321 of Sony Bravia smart TV series with 55 inches screen. It was equipped with android software and company also provided free Netflix subscription for six months.
When it was delivered by delivering agency Delhivery, I was shocked to see that it was damaged. When it was unpacked by the technical team to install in my bedroom, they found its screen was already broken. The team informed about this to the employee of the Store and TV was taken back to the store. I was informed by the team that within one week new TV will be installed in my home.
Now, It has been one month since this issue was reported to the store. I inquired at the reception yesterday, but they were not able to justify the reasons for delay. In this scenario, I request you to ask your team to issue me a new TV set so that this problem can be solved from my end as there is no role of mine in faulty Television.
Hope my issue will be resolved at the earliest.
