I am writing this letter to request you for making some changes to my reservation at your hotel.
I am Charlie Johnson resident of Canada. I have booked two business suits for me and my Project Coordination team at your hotel ‘The Emirates Grand’ between the 23rd and 27th of July, this month. My booking ID is Z9254.
Unfortunately, due to Covid pandemic situation, the air travel company had postponed our tickets. Now, we will reach there on the 10th of August next month. So, I request you to kindly change our booking between 10th and 13th of August, next month.
As it will be a business meeting, we will require some technical support from your side. We will need a sitting arrangement of 10 people, a projector, an audio system and good internet connectivity also.
