Dear test taker, I am writing to share information on health precautions we have introduced to help protect your health and reduce Novel Corona virus (2019-nCoV) spread. Please note, if you have cough or temperature, please do not come for the test. We are taking all measures to protect you and our staff by disinfecting premises, disinfecting equipment after every sitting, providing face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers. On test day, we appreciate your cooperation in following basic hygiene practices such as using a hand-Sanitiser, letting our staff take your temperature at the entrance with an infrared thermometer. Throughout your stay in the AEO Office, you will have to keep wearing masks for your own safety and other test takers/AEO staff member’s safety. Also, you are welcome to bring with you a face mask that covers your mouth and nose, and wear this during your test. If you use a mask, you will be requested to remove it temporarily for photo identification and other purposes. You may find that staff and examiners are wearing face masks on test day.
