Requesting the accommodation officer to change the room because of the roommate

Requesting the accommodation officer to change the room because of the roommate 1VQaN
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to let you know that I am not fully satisfied with my current living conditions. While the accommodation facilities are fine, my roommate is doing intolerable things and making it almost impossible for me to work. I hope you will consider my situation and expecting certainly a positive outcome. Let me elaborate on my situation. Things were working smoother with the old housemate, however, this all began when a new housemate joins in. Since it was his first time when he starts living without guardians. He was not at all aware of the ethics to live in the shared room. He lives in a completely unorganized manner. Starting with scattering the clothes all over in the room, to leaving unwashed dishes after dinner in the sink. Later, I have to look after all the cleaning procedures to maintain a living standard. These all are overburdening me and hence, I am unable to concentrate on my studies. Would you kindly either move me out or my housemate to another room? I would much prefer to live with someone who can manage his belongings more appropriately. So that I need not worry about the surroundings. As long as, the basic living etiquettes are being followed. I am open to share a room with anybody. Thank you for considering my situation. Yours faithfully, Akshay
