I am a regular patron of your store and am writing to you regarding an impaired product I had ordered online from your store. Allow me to elaborate my situation.
Last week, I bought an electrical cooking pot from your store which is being advertised as having numerous features. Few enlisted functionalities are steaming, slow cooking and pressure cooking. However, to my displeasure, most of these features do not work. First, the delivery of the package was extremely unsatisfactory. The box was damaged even before arriving at my door. I opened the package and tried testing it out only to realize the product is missing the seal for the pressure cooker. In addition, the steamer did not operate at expected. I wrote to your online customer care department, but I did not receive any response for about a week. Hence, I am following up today and expressing my frustration.
I would like to request a refund for my product and have the defective product hauled from my home address at the earliest. Additionally, I would request to provide a discount code for my next purchase as I pay a premium every month to use platform to purchase my electronic items.
I am hoping this will get resolved in the next 1-2 days and I will be receiving the refund within the appropriate timeframe.
