Iam letting you to know that purchased product from your show room has issues, rather significant malfunction to be honest.
On December 6th, 2020, while driving by your shop at park central, division west I noticed a lot of fans were displayed for sale in upfront on pedestrian platform. After entering, Sales representative who received with warm greetings guided me further inside on knowing my requirement. Thorough search of all fans pointed me to a single product designated A52, one of the Delta variations. Going through intense assessment of former mentioned product, I opted for inclusion as it met all the criteria, and esthetic match for my living room is felt there upon.
I completed the purchase following rigorous bargaining of concerned item with promised refund in the future incorporated along with it. Post packaging, I kept it in the back of my car.
Owing to the occasion of my brother's marriage reception in Ontario I delayed fan fixation by 1 week. Iam displeased with the fan even after confirmation of power in electric board. Alongside this letter, photos of fan post fixation were sent to you.
I would prefer refund of the amount paid or else get it replaced with a new fan.
I sincerely hope you could respond at the earliest, awarding a solution that meet both the ends
