My name is Dhia Saafi. I am a candidate for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program to study for a master of business administration for the academic year 2022/2023. I understand that only the nominated applicants by country will be forwarded to the universities. But the Eligibility criteria made by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Tunisia are impossible in my case since they only accept applicants with a university degree (Basic License / Applied License / Engineering degree) for the 2021-2020 academic years, and Candidates registered in a final class in public establishments (Basic license/Applied License / Engineering degree) for the academic year 2021-2022. However, the Hungarians universities have work experience requirements for at least two years to apply for the master's of business administration. In summary, I want to ask if there is a possible way to forward me to the university if I got accepted into the scholarship program but have not been nominated. I only want a fair chance like the other candidates.
