Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the product which I bought from your "ecofiendly. devices. com" site.
Last week on Monday i. e 1st February I ordered a "Plant Pot Cum Bluetooth" device and received it yesterday i. e 9th Feb. The Invoice number is HPZ1426. The look of the product was very stunning and it is exactly as described in the website. As I am a plant lover, I really liked the idea of this device, as it served the dual purpose of growing an indoor plant and listening to music. But to my surprise the bluetooth was not connecting at all. I tried to connect it with different phones but still of no use.
I took a video while unboxing the product and steps I followed for connecting the device. Since it is not connecting, I assume that it is a defective piece. As mentioned in the website that this item is not refundable, I request you to replace it for me. I have attached the video below. Could you please review it and initiate a replacement.
