Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my interest to work as a part-time employee in your prestigious Museum. I heard through the grapevine that you are looking for people who can help the Museum with some unpaid work. I have recently completed my Tertiary Education in History. Working in a Museum will help me to hone my communication skills and can provide me an opportunity to admire the ancient arts and scriptures as I am fond of art since childhood. Also, I am good at client handling thereby helping the visitors to provide them all the necessary information they need. Moreover, I have prior experience in account handling at my father's business. Therefore, I can help the Finance department at any point of time. Since I have recently completed my graduation, I want to spend this weekend with my parents and loved ones. Therefore, I am available to work from next week onwards. However, I will be available only on alternate days as other days I need to take care of my parents and need to spend some time with them. Hoping to receive a positive response from you soon. Yours faithfully, Claire Scott
