papers forgot in your hotel

Last week, I contacted you to inquire about hiring a conference room for my company’s quarterly client’s meeting. As usual, our even have organized successfully in the most luxury room at your hotel which is CR. 19 in 15th floor and thank to your professional staff as well as top-notch facilities, our clients really satisfied during a long period of time meeting yesterday. Unfortunately, after returning home, I could not find a couple of extremely confidential folders which contained our new project and prospective clients’ data. Without these materials, my team cannot persuade our managers about ongoing plan and in case that information is releasing to outside, it adverse impact on our company’s reputation. I went directly to my home after leaving your hotel, therefore, I suppose that my documents are still left there. There is only a desk equipped with three drawers in the center of the conference room, and I have kept my folders in the middle drawer.
