Dear Mr. Ramesh, I am writing this letter to request you to hold some grocery which I need them after 3 days. The list of things is wheat flour, sugar, pulses, dry fruits, rice, and sunflower oil. I just want to know the availability of them or if not can you order? and get them on time. After 3 days, my relatives are coming to visit my home so we need them on an urgent basis. If you have the list can you hold them for two days because I am busy with my work if not possible how many days you will be able to hold if you do not have them I request you to get them as early as possible. I will come and collect them once I get free time. If you want me to pay money in advance I can make an online payment. Please let me know the things which you can not get them so that I will try to take them from another shop so that it will be easy for both of us to get them on time.
