Dear Mr. Wijerathna, I 'm Perera, and I'm renter in Flat No 21 of the Araliya Apartments on Sawsiiripaya street, which you won. I'm writing to you about a problem. I'm having with one of y neighbors, who also live in the apartment next door to me, which I believe is also yours. Early I mentioned of loud noises from that flat make us up every night. I guess these sounds are made by muscial instruments and are extremely chaotic. This is a major issue for me because I have to get up early every morning for work and my kids faceing this year final exams of his degree and this noises haven't get enough rest for us. As the person in own our flat, I respectfully suggest thay you speak with them about this problem. If you can ask them to play their instrument untill 10. 0 clock, that wouldn get me for good for us and they continue this problem again and again I have to action with local authorities.
