Dear Uncle Ram and Aunt Latha, Hope this letter finds you both in best of health. I am pleased to inform you that I will be visiting Hyderabad for three days in the first week of October for an assignment which form a part of my internship. The good news is this particular place happens to be in the very area where you stay - Banjara Hills! I am really so excited to be able to meet you all after such a long time. Although we have been offered a guest house where we can stay, I was wondering if I could come over to your place as its just for two days in effect. Its been so long since we met and I am just looking forward to spending some quality time with both of you, and especially taste aunts best Biriyani, which I have missed for so long. I would be happy to pay for my stay as anyways I would be doing so at the guesthouse too, but having a homely time with you would mean a lot to me. Please don't hesitate to let me know if it would be inconvenient in anyway and it would be totally understandable.
