Respected QA: I deeply apologize for the inconvenienced caused by the cancellation of SIX (6) classes on DECEMBER 3, 4 and 5, 2021. I notified CT Son on December 3, 2021 at 6: 32 AM on our way to the hospital (screenshot of our conversation is hereby attached as ANNEX A). I did miss work because my 2 years old and 10 months daughter named Pearlyzza Gold Ponce had a bout of diarrhea and vomiting (the birth certificate of my daughter is hereby attached as ANNEX B). I had no choice but to rush her to the nearest healthcare facility. Proof of her hospital check in is attached as ANNEX C. As feat would have it, she was hospitalized as an in-patient for 4 days and 3 nights. That prompted me to spend a night with her at the facility to aid with recovery. Official Receipt of the hospital bill is hereby attached as ANNEX D Originally, my mother personally take care of my child as I am a single parent. However, she also suffered diarrhea 2 days prior to the hospitalization of my child so that leave me no choice but to deal with the situation directly. My mother has recovered and hence been now able to take care of my child again. I have never contracted any marriage with the biological father of my child. Since our relationship was terminated prior to the birth to our child, he has neither communicated with us nor extended any financial support whatsoever; I have been solely supporting our child since his abandonment in 2019. However, she also suffered diarrhea 2 days prior to the hospitalization of my child so that leave me no choice but to deal with the situation directly.
