Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the evening closing hours of the school library. While the morning opening time has been convenient for me, I find the evening closing hours totally awkward. My name is Tope Sule, and I am a second year student of the department of Computer Science. Most of my research work are being is conducted in the school library, that which is the why the library is very important for my education. Let me explain my situation. The opening hours is are quite convenient for me, because the time fits perfectly with my studying schedule and it does not clash with any of my classes. However, the evening time is of great disadvantage to me. I find it extremely hard to finish most of my school work with the allocated time between the opening and closing time. I would be extremely grateful if you could add an additional two hours to the evening closing time.
