Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with regard to my recent international flight from Bangalore to Maldives which I couldn't board due to mishappening at the Kempegowda airport. Security officers halted my important bag during the security check-in due to technical faults or errors in the scanning machine which considerably delayed me and other passengers to reach the boarding gate. And airlines people did not let me board post my arrival since the plane was already on the runway. This entire incident made me miss my other flight which was 4 hours later from the Maldives and I couldn't reach my final destination. Not only this but also I lost the hefty amount which I paid during bookings. I would be grateful if it would be at all possible for the airline to refund the amount or provide me another ticket to my destined point.
