Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to let you know that the meals provided in lunch, during a meeting held in your hotel on 24th July, was not satisfactory. We did a survey with all the people who participated in the discussion and we came to know that many persons were impressed with hotel, on the other hand there were crowd who mentioned that does not like the food. Firstly, they were attracted due to the fact that the service rendered by receptionist were appreciable and moreover, other staff's behavior were also acknowledgeable.
