An extremely important topic today is related to being your own boss. In last decades, the number of people choosing to start their own business has increased dramatically. There are many cons and pros sides. In this essay I will look at both sides and try to draw some conclusions. One of the main advantage of being self -employed that you are completely self-confidence and you can make decisions on your own. In addition, this can give you great a freedom and allows you to do exactly what you want without interrupts. Another advantage is you can choose how much you want to work and you can stop if you feel like it, when you are your own boss. However, there are some drawbacks too. For example, you do not know about work's instructions you will have some difficulties with it.
