In relation to the specific of the order, I purchase this to give a birthday gift to my mother and the fault delivery from your end has made all the efforts go down the vain. I am highly disappointed with this kind of service as a regular customer. i negligence on your part has made the purchase worthless. to avoid further embarrassment i would suggest you that please send me other replacement of my order as soon as you can. i am looking forward to get my replacement sooner. your sincerelypooja rani
