Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concern about issues caused by your car rental service. I am Aleem Shaikh, living in same area where your rental car service office is situated. I am working as a sales representative for one of the bank in city and need to travel frequently for the business purpose to adjecent cities. As for my business purpose I have to travel daily to various clients offices I have to use the car for commute. As I am sales representative I need to apear fresh and tidy at client office. I am using your car rental service and use a car provided by your company. Last week I have reported that the air condition of car is not working properly. The support representative has helped me and aligned the engineer to fix it. The air condition got repaired but after couple of days same problem occured. This time I have raised a request to change the car. The support representative said it will take more then couple of weeks to replace the car since they do not have any car with them at the moment. I would incist that the company take this issue on priority and provide me a replacement since I have very high travel expected in upcoming week. I can not wait for couple of weeks for the replacement. In order to failure of replacement I have to take a car from different car rental service provider.
