Customer Service Manager Subang Jaya Medical center No. 1, Jalan SS12/1A, Ss 12, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Oct17, 2021 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing today to complain of the the way Subang Jaya Medical Center are not Accommodating staff, patient, and caregiver. i was told by the nurse that i was suppose to order anything via foodpanda or grabfood. because they cant go down and collect it for me which is understandable. they also tell me that they are not allowed to order anything. i was also informed that the front counter are not accepting any food to hold on for a moment while i go down. this is bonkers. what am i supposed to eat? i am most annoyed that no food was offered for me but there's only food for my one year old child. do i share with my child? do i go down by my self and leave my child alone in the room? the nurse said if anything happen they will not be responsible. i also cant take my child outside because they are putting some water line on my child hand. do i go down with my child with that thing? wait in front the lobby when my child are mask-less, passing with random people not knowing if they are sick(covid+) or not. and exposing my child with unknown risk. i believe this is a nosocomial infection. I trust this is not the way Subang jaya medical center wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been admitted to other hospital like SMC and i have never encountered such treatment before. my suggestion is to put a rack like in the super market when they not allowed us to bring bags. the rack then are numbered where the grabF/Fpanda put our food and tell which number they leave them in. it also same with their company policies "contact-less delivery". I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
