Dear Course Director, The purpose of my writing today is to inform you the problem regarding participating the whole tennis course in your club. I’ve been a huge an of playing tennis since high school. Besides, your advertisement on Youtube caught my attention with its professional and systematic plan-out lessons so I signed up for the course with my excitement of flying to England. However, the major and sudden staff change in my cooperation become an obstacle for me to attend the course. As a business owner, it is challenging for me to leave the company for two months aboard in England. Especially, new employees need hands-on sessions to on-board with their new working responsibilities. Facing with this sudden change, I understand it is unreasonable to ask for a full refund, but it would be fantastic and generous of you that partial refund is processed to me since I will not be attend the whole tennis session.
