Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing as the public relations officer of the Art Department of the University of Scotland to request for information as regards visitation to the upcoming exhibition. A group of students from our institution have shown interest and registered for the upcoming exhibition with me but I believe we can have more students to attend this event provided we have details such as contents of the exhibition. Contents such as Fashion fair/show, Food exhibition, Art Display and traditional dances are what we would like to experience. The opening and closing date of this fair is required when sharing details to us to enable us plan accordingly. However, the price for the exhibition seems high to what students can afford. Kindly share if there are discounts available for students and group visits. I can assure the lower the price the higher the number of visits from here.
