Dear Mr John, I am writing as an occupant of your apartment in Brighton to complain about the prevailing issue with the bathroom water heater as all efforts to fix seems abortive. It is a very devastating situation for me and other flat mate as we are forced to bathe with cold water during this very cold weather condition. We spend a lot of time waiting for water to boil on the cooking stove which has lead to an increase in cost of cooking gas. The water heater seems to be running but never changes the temperature of the water. It is clearly understandable that you have involved quite a number of technicians, but they seem not to have tackled the issue with water heater as the situation continues to prevail. With my knowledge of engineering and heating process, I have previously discussed with one of the technicians to completely change the heating filaments and temperature gauge of the heater. I believe changing these components would serve as an overhauling process from the aged heater. This might be a high cost for maintenance but would definitely put a stop to the cost on weekly repairs. I look forward to hearing from you and also meeting you soon to discuss and show you how this problem can be fixed permanently. Yours Sincerely, Ahmed
