Dear neighbours I have recently realized that you are suffering from noises coming from our house and it has made you to write a complain letter to me. First of all, I would like to request you to kindly accept my appology for the inconvenience and disturbing your calm. It is necessary to mention that the noises are getting generated completely unintentional and they are temporary. Actually some renovations are in progress in our kitchen and the old cabinets are going to be changed by new ones which are getting built in the house. In order to reduce the level of noise, I have already asked the workers to reschedule their work so that the most noisy part can be done at times when less people are taking rest. In addition, I have asked them to transfer some parts of work to some where else. Additionally, I have increased the budget to speed up the project. At the end, I want to do apologize once more and I hope all taken actions could compensate all inconveniences. Best regards.
