Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding the computer that I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 17 th of January I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a computer for myself. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. Two days later, I noticed that problems of the item. When I used the computer for the first time, it worked properly and nothing went wrong. However, when I utilized it the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was wrong. Battery charge of the computer did not suffice to use during a day. Furthermore, when I tried to charge again and to use it more time but the same thing happened. In addition to this, the computer heated up fast. So that I would like to replace the computer with well-functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. I look forward to receiving a reply. Yours faithfully Julia Willson.
