Dear Mr Loyd, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service quality I received when I had my car repaired on the 1 st June.
Firstly, I had specifically requisted to repair my car’s radiator, from your employees. The following day, I came to your workshop to take my car. Despite the fact that I had driven for only one hour, I was forced to stop when the engine showed signs of overheating. Having added two litres of water the radiator, I was able to continue, althoug during the course of my journey a knocking sound from the engine became increasingly persistent.
Furthermore, my car’s windscreen wipers stopped working. It has never been broken so far. So, The service wasn’t what I have come to expect from your establishment.
I feel that your employees acted irresponsibly in issuing a car which wasn’t safe to drive. So I want you to send me 250$ to make me feel better after the distress I was forced to suffer as a result of your negligence.
You’d better give this matter your urgent attention, or else I really will have to take legal action
