I hope you are doing great. I am writing in response to the complaint I received from you yesterday regarding the noise from my flat. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience that caused to you. With regards to the noise, it was created by the celebration of my grandmother's 50th birthday. We wanted to make the occasion really special to commemorate our grandmother's golden birthday. We invited some close friends and relatives at the party and the gathering must have created the noise. The music was also a bit louder and we realised very late that it might disturb the neighborhood. In such parties, I would ensure in future that the music is kept as low as possible. Once again, I would like to ask for an apology. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
