I’m an organized person so my ideal office must be modern, clean and tidy. There will be an office desk right next to the window and the office chair should be comfortable because I have to work for a long time. The computer and the keyboard will be on the desk, I need to check email every day in order not to miss any important messages. On the wall, there will be a clock and some pictures. In summer, the weather will be quite hot so I need to install an air conditioner. The photocopier is essential, every office needs it to make copies of documents. In addition, I will need some other gadgets like folders, paper clips, tapes, staplers, . . . They will be in a drawer. My favorite stationery supply is a shredder. The reason why I choose it is simple. The world is now full of untreated waste and it’s increasing day by day with no stop sign. By the mechanism of a shredder: cutting paper into small pieces, it will reduce the size of waste.
