From my perspective, it is better to renting a house while studying abroad because these three vital reasons: maintenance issues, price and flexibility. First and foremost, I will not have to worry about maintenance. If there is any problems in the house like water system broken, I just need to tell the owner. Another main reason is that renting a house is more cost-effective than purchase one. You will have to choose a house which is suitable for you such as price, location or sometimes is about neighborhood. Houses that nearby the city centre or schools often have the higher price. Last but not lease, if your school is relocated to somewhere else that far from where you live, there will be many difficulties for you to get to school. Or when you finish the course and return to your own country, you will have to sell your house. In conclusion, renting a house is the best option when studying in another country.
