Their retention period was much lower than what the company expected at the time of hiring them into the business. During the initial experience in the workplace, familiarizing the culture observing stagnation in career growth or development has convinced the majority to terminate their jobs and secure better positions elsewhere. Some even have changed the trade. Further losing departmental heads had excessively and tremendously affected the company in terms of performance and growth. But the greater threat for the company was when ex-employees move into competitors. The impact was immeasurable with the risk of losing knowledge, expertise, and confidentiality to rivalry.
