There are a lot of favorite foods I like to eat. Some of these foods are cooked with traditional recipes, others are cooked by using unconventional recipes and methods. It is quite difficult to think of just one. However, I'd like to talk about a very popular traditional food in my country, which is one of the favorites foods, also. It is "Ghormeh sabzi". Ghormeh is derived from turkic and means "braised" while sabzi is the Persian word for herbs. Ghormeh sabzi dates back as far as 5000 years and originated In Iran. I eat it approximately 2 times in a week. This food is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant.
