Firstly, it is clear that anyone need a support almost once a time in his life at least. There are some moment in our life in which we are not able to overcame certain situations without external help, or we could be able to do this but only enganging a lot of energy and time. For this reason it could be helpful to go to therapy to better face up to our weaknesses. However, from my point of view, it might be difficult for us opening up with our feelings, our lacknesses to another person, but when we success in this, we may find the origins of our problems and this is the first step to overcome them.
Furthermore, I think that it is important to find a person who has the right attitude to listen and the professionality to help us with the right advices. Lastly I believe that whoever we will choose as therapist, he will be a person in which we can completely trust.
