The three diagram visualize changes that occur at Laguna Beach over 40 years of period, from 1950 to 1990. Overall, major changes have been observed over 4 decades. The development of beach was extremely convincing made for targeting tourist completely makeover exterior of area. In 1970, beach huts were refurbish into grand villas reducing the area of sand dunes with access of more lane road which was small track before. Surprisingly, north side woodland area was totally converted into caravan park distinguishing its territory. After 2 decade, the place was totally different from what it was due to the construction of huge hotel along with pools in east direction beside road. In addition, surf school along with surfing boat was build near to sea leaving small amount of beach area whereas sand dunes area was utilize for making landscape gardens for recently build hotel. Likewise, the caravan park build at 1970 was changed into car parking for hotel in 1990.
