People are more concerned about health nowadays. Some critics believe that increasing Physical Education lessons in the schools could reduce the problems of overweight. However, I consider that increasing PE lessons may not be the best methods to relieve the problem. The resons of being overwieight, could divided into several reasons, including eating disorders, insufficient exercises and genetic disorders. Some people love to eat fast food. Hurbergers, French Fries, Fish and Chips are deliciuous, but also transmitted to fat easily. If people eat those junk food for a long period of time, they will become fat easily. Thus, eating beahviour is a main reason for beoming overweight.
