It is clearly seen that there are three main steps engaged in hydroelectric dam which start from reservoir and end to long distance power lines. To start up there are several steps in hydroelectric dam which is taken to generate electricity by dam first of all the huge of water stored in reservoir and when intake opened then the water through pipe to tribune. Afterthat it is one generator in hydroelectric power which is transferred in power house and the via cables through long distance power lines and remaining water send back in river after all process rotation of water continuous from river to dam
