The essence of happiness has always been a topic of various discussions. While some people think that childhood is the happiest period of one’s life, others claim that adult life happens to be much happier. Although childhood has a certain amount of positives, adulthood seems to be the happiest time based upon the high level of consciousness and more freedom in decision-making. A few observations offer support to consider teenage years as the happiest. One supportive argument states that youngsters have no responsibilities in their lives as they are fully dependent on their parents. To further explain, they have more spare time to devote to their hobbies and other pleasant activities. In addition to this point, once young people encounter a problem, they are free to ask adults for help.
